At Patch Therapy, each item is crafted with care and personalized just for you. Because of the level of customization that goes into every order, we do not offer refunds.

However, we proudly stand by the quality of our products. If you experience any issues with your patches due to craftsmanship, materials, or anything outside of normal wear, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—your satisfaction means the world to us.

Order Processing & Production Times

All orders are processed promptly and shipped as soon as possible. While we strive for a production window of 7–10 days, please allow up to 2–3 weeks for delivery, especially as a small business managing inventory and customizations by hand.
